Complete your profile with your skill categories, location, and bio, then submit your KYC documents (a valid government-issued ID and a selfie). Our team reviews submissions within 24–48 hours. Once approved, your profile goes live and nearby clients can find and hire you.

Post your job on the app with a description of the work, your location, and your timeline. Reliable Menders will match you with KYC-verified artisans in your area who offer that service. You can browse their profiles, check ratings and reviews from past clients, and select the contractor you're most comfortable with.

Your in-app dashboard shows all active bids, ongoing projects, and completed jobs at a glance. You can accept or decline job requests, chat with clients to discuss project details, upload progress photos, and mark work as complete — all from one screen.

Once you hire a contractor, your project dashboard shows real-time status updates. You can message your contractor directly, review uploaded progress photos, and confirm project completion. Payment is only released to the contractor after you confirm the work meets your satisfaction.

When a client confirms your work is complete, your earnings are instantly credited to your Reliable Menders wallet. You can withdraw to your registered Nigerian bank account at any time. A platform fee of 3% applies per withdrawal (capped at ₦2,000), plus the processor's transfer charge.

If there's a disagreement about project quality or payment, either party can file a dispute from the project page inside the app. A non-refundable dispute filing fee of ₦5,000 applies. Our resolution team reviews evidence from both sides and issues a binding decision within a reasonable timeframe.

After agreeing on terms with your chosen contractor, you fund the project through the app using your debit card or bank transfer — powered by Paystack. The funds are held securely by Reliable Menders and only released to the contractor once you confirm the work is done. You are never charged until you are ready.

Posting a job and hiring a contractor is completely free for clients. You only pay the agreed project amount. Reliable Menders charges a small platform fee on the contractor's withdrawal, not on the client's payment.
